Awkward to fit into shape and into ear channel. Also a piece split after couple of uses Definitely cut noise down well though I do have small ears though so probably better for larger ones I think I been used to the foam plug for a long time now so..

These are my favourite ear plugs. I've tried many over the years. I used the foam ones for a long time, but after years they made the inside of my ears hurt. These ones are very comfortable. I live close to a main road, they block out about 90% of the noise which is enough to relax and sleep well. I wash my hands before touching them, then they take a good bit of warming up by squishing them between finger and thumb. Once warm they feel a little tacky and are ready to be put into the outer part of the ear. I squish them in, they stick there sealing off the outer part and shutting the noise out. In the morning I peel them out in the bathroom making sure not to alter them. Then wash them in soap & water and then I leave them to air dry on the the small plastic case that comes with them. I always keep the same one for the same ear. Following this routine I feel confident they are sanitary and the same pair easily last for weeks.

I have small ear canals and struggled for years trying to find something that fits without irritation. I have!! Great for sleeping on my side. My partner snores very loudly, that is now quieter. He also watches TV in bed. Not a problem for me anymore. Also helps when I am overwhelmed (I am Autistic) Thank you so much.

I love these squishy blue ear plugs . I use them for swimming.They block out the water well.Easy to put in and get out ,and do not get caught on your swim hat.I really don't know I am wearing them ,but I can still hear the instructors voice.

The old packaging (which I received this time) was completely over the top for what is after all just a set of ear plugs. The level.of packaging the company now offer is decent. The product is decent - washable yes, but they don't last the months and months that is claimed unfortunately (although I have used them for a long time now). They are washable (with soap and hot water - not rinsable) and I find I get around a week or so out of each pair.
For me these are the most comfortable ear plugs for sleep… especially when others are still up watching TV! I have peace and quiet while going off to sleep. I do find that I can only reuse twice, after that silence not the same but that could be me. I’m quite happy to reorder as and when after my use as they are the most comfortable and effective for me.
